Sylomer® manufactured by Getzner Werkstoffe GmbH (Austria) is a highly effective vibration isolation material featuring a number of properties that make it ideal for a wide range of applications in the field of vibration protection.

Sylomer® is a micro-cellular polyurethane elastomer with mixed open-closed cell structure.

Sylomer® is used in the manufacture of vibration isolation mounts for application in the construction, transport and other industries.
A wide range of Sylomer® materials allows making an optimal choice of vibration isolation mounts with desired properties. The characteristics of vibration isolation mounts can be adjusted to application conditions, structure or construction method.

Elastic supports made of Sylomer® normally function in the temperature range from -30^оС to +70^оС.

 

Sylomer® materials in accordance with DIN 4102 have a flammability class B2 (normally flammable).

Different types of Sylomer® material are used as elastic elements in the designs of Vibrofix sound isolation and anti-vibration mounts, in elastic supports for vibration isolation of engineering and industrial equipment, foundations of buildings and structures, railway tracks and underground tracks, etc. 

Getzner Werkstoffe GmbH manufactures Sylomer® of different grades for virtually any design loads, including materials with specified characteristics meeting the requirements of a particular customer.
